The result of the finished floors, exceeded our expectations. Oscar took great care in matching the floor color and level of finish/shine from two different sections of the main floor of our house. Dave (owner) and Sean (customer service) were also helpful, professional and available throughout the process. I highly recommend Prestige Wood Flooring.

Just when I thought there were no good contractors left, the Prestige team showed up to install my new LVP flooring. I have never in my fairly extensive experience renovating homes, seen people work harder, faster, or more precisely than these folks. They were also pleasant, respectful, and punctual. I've also seen their work of a new wood floor installation at a neighbor's home, and it is top notch. I can't recommend them highly enough.

They were always on time, meticulous, and thoroughly explained everything they were doing. This company advertises dustless refinishing and it really is dustless! As part of a large renovation our floors were refinished very poorly, so though brand new they needed to be completely re-done. We got multiple quotes and Prestige was by far the most expensive but here is one of those times in life where you truly get what you pay for. The floors are now impeccable. This was a big job- 7 work days. Oscar even replaced a couple boards that needed it because he cares about the final product. They did not leave an extensive amount of dust or mess and though some touch up painting was needed it was very manageable. We highly recommend spending the extra money and going with Prestige. Ask for Oscar! The owner Dave, and Sean in the office were very prompt and helpful as well. Overall a super professional company in a sea of jokers who say they do floors. Prestige floats way above!

I contacted Prestige through Angie’s list, and they responded quickly. Paul came to our house a couple of days later and I had an estimate for refinishing all of our hardwood floors within one day. I was very pleased that the work could be done that very week. The Prestige crew arrived as scheduled and completed all work within two days. This is especially amazing considering that several areas of the floor needed to be repaired before it was refinished and the kitchen floor needed a lot of work since it had been previously covered with a glued on linoleum floor. Dave and the entire Prestige team were very responsive, customer focused, and did a very professional job. I have no reservations about recommending them for any hardwood floor refinishing project.

We hired Prestige to do a large job in our house – they installed new hardwood floors in several rooms and sanded and sealed the floors and stairs that were already hardwood.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Prestige. The owner and sales rep were very patient with my many questions leading up to the job, they explained how everything would be done and the timeline, the communication throughout was absolutely excellent. The work crews were in my house for five full days. The men were courteous, pleasant, friendly, they kept me informed about what they were doing, and asked for my input when decisions had to be made. The attention to detail was excellent.
My floors look absolutely terrific, Prestige did an outstanding job, and this was by far the best experience we have ever had with a contractor in twenty years of owning houses. I recommend them highly.

I purchased a home and had Dave and his crew at Prestige Wood Flooring sand down and refinish the original wood flooring in the upstairs of my bi-level home and install Laminate flooring in the downstairs. Dave was extremely easy to talk to and patient with my wife and I as we decided what colors and material we wanted to use on the floors in our home. Dave’s installers were on time and very professional and friendly.
Our home looks amazing and the floors done by Prestige are the reason why. I highly recommend Prestige and will certainly use them in the future!

I wanted to take a minute to thank you for coming out to our home and giving us a quote on having the living room and dining room floors of our home redone. Our house is over a hundred years old, and in some spots on the hardwood floor, it looked like a 100 year old floor.
Your men that came out to our house did an amazing job. The floors are beautiful. They worked hard on removing scratches and took the time to stain the floor in two sections in order to give my husband a choice of colors. There was a minimum amount of dust compared to what we have had to deal with in the past when getting the floors done. Also, I could not believe that we were able to walk on them that night with socks.
In addition, I would like to thank you for not once making us feel pressured into making a decision regarding having the floors done. My husband and I both felt very comfortable speaking with you, and appreciated your honesty. One more thing, you were right… the medium shine was an excellent idea.

I recently had a small addition put on to my home. I asked Prestige Flooring to complete the hardwood flooring in the new space as well as match it to my existing space. When the estimator came out, he was completely thorough. He explained step by step what would need to be done and how they were going to complete it. I was told I would have my estimate within 24 hours and it came that evening. The price was very competitive and reasonable. I immediately called them the next day to book the appointment. They were professional and courteous and were able to work around my construction time frame. The supplies were delivered on schedule. The staff showed up on time to complete my project and were courteous and cleaned up every evening.
I was surprised at how little dust there was. The floors came out as a perfect match to my existing. It is difficult to tell where the old floor ended and the new floor began. I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend Prestige Flooring to complete your next job.

When Prestige says dustless system they mean dustless. They were professional in every way. I had over 1100sq feet of Gunstock stained Oak floors that wax products had been used on for cleaning and shine. The build up required 3 sandings to get into the groves between the boards. We were amazed that the sanding was truly dustless due to the outside vacuums. Once the floors were sanded they applied a choice of stains which we loved. They applied the stain and sealer the following day. Also I used Bona Traffic HD two coats. in a satin finish. They accommodated my family by dividing the job into two sections so we could function while they worked. AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. Also no odor to speak of from the Bona Traffic HD. I have a 70 lb. Irish setter and two teenagers. I waited purposely to write this review to see how the floors held up. It is six weeks and there is not one mark on them. Fantastic job. If you don’t have these folks come out and give you a price, you are making a mistake.
